Is Seletivizr.js still the prefered framework for making Bourbon websites IE8 compatible?

Hi,

For a past project, I used Selectivizr.js for making my html5 markup render correctly on IE8 browser.

Does Thoughtbot still use Selectivzr.js for IE8 compatibility or are there better frameworks in the meantime?
