Very interesting. I guess Ember is the first choice when you are looking for a frontend framework to you Rails API. Therefore I think it would be interesting if Upcase offered a couse on building a Rails API.

+1 for Rails API.
From a mobile perspective, this is a great shortcut to having a single API that is consumed by both a web (Ember) and a mobile (iOS) frontend.
