Again with another question regarding the book. Which is starting to become my bible 
I know that thoughtbot charge by the hour per developer, per week. I saw some of the typical projects that they do and I was wondering. What happen if the company that needs a projects just need a very small application? Does that means that the fixed amount of time for delivering the project will be a month as in the sample ‘Version 1’ release plan that thoughtbot provides? What does the developers working on that particular project do with the extra time? Do they just keep working to finish the delivery and have more time to do other things with the products itself?
