How Big is Discourse app

Hello guys,

I’m playing around with discourse(we want to use it as a forum solution on my current project) and was wondering how big/complicated it is considered to be?
Doesn’t feel like as too complicated just pocking around for 20 min but list of dependencies and deployment already start to annoy me.

What it took for you to repurpose vanila Discourse(or you used a fork?) as Learn Forum? What were the gotchas deploying it to Heroku?

But test deployment to Heroku turned out to be less painful than I expected!
