The tool for making hand crafted arrows to highlight the items on the page

Hello,

I’ve noticed that some sites have a fancy, hand crafted alike, arrows highlighting certain items on the page, wondering if there is a tool or templates for making it or it is really hand crafted? Sorry, I’m not quite good at drawing, so, looking for a simple way to reproduce the same :smile:

@wik The best way to do this is to hand draw it then scan it or take a photo of it. Other than that you can search online for them but they won’t come off as unique and original and could seem fake.
