I wanted to say first thank you for such an incredible source of information. This really is a priceless asset for anyone that hasn’t had the opportunity to work from within an agency.
I was hoping to get a little clarification on approach if it’s ok. I’m getting ready to start a new project and I’d like to apply as much as I can of what I’ve leaned via the Playbook workshop. There were just a few areas I wasn’t sure of what would be the best way to move forward. As an example, Chad mentioned a Project Plan. Is the Project Plan the place where I would enter information such as the clients features and requirements? Also, I will be using Trajectory for User Stories and to hold sketches and such but would that take the place of the Project Plan?
Please forgive me if this was covered in the videos!
