Just ran across this presentation by Damian – pretty impressive. I used to follow Damian when I was programming in Perl and he frequently blew my mind with some of the things he was able to accomplish. Same thing here.

He also presented at OSCON 2012: Instantly Better Vim No video, but a tarball with his materials. Haven’t reviewed this, but I expect it’s also very interesting.
