My first public project written in React/Redux and Rails - anyone willing to give feedback?

I recently created my first public project, Portfolio.

This is a simple blog and portfolio CMS written in React/Redux with CSS modules for the fronted, and Rails for the API.
I created this app for the reason I wanted to make my own blog and learn full Redux based application with Rails api.

Would anyone be willing to take a look and give me feedback about either on the codes, the code structures or the clarity of README and so on?

Besides, does anyone know the great public project written in React and Rails followed by the best practice?

Iā€™m always curious to know the best practice to get into the combination of React and Rails more and more.

Anyway, It could be nothing helpful to the most people, but Iā€™m glad if it could be helpful to someone here for any reasons.
